Today, Hintco GmbH announces Fertiglobe as the successful bidder of the first H2Global pilot auction for renewable ammonia, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK). June 3rd, 2024 – Today, H2Global and the Japan Hydrogen Association (JH2A) signed an MOU to formalize their ongoing collaboration. JH2A a collaborative organization with 453 member companies and organizations (as of June 1st 2024), including Toyota Motor Corporation, Iwatani Corporation, and Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, among others. Launched in December 2020, JH2A aims to promote the development of a hydrogen society in Japan by fostering public and private alliances and creating regulatory frameworks to support hydrogen initiatives.

The Netherlands and Germany are teaming up for future imports of renewable hydrogen. This announcement was made on Tuesday, November 14th, during a working visit by Dutch King Willem-Alexander to North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
